Rooms are spacious and clean. Do not use ride app at last moment always book ahead because of the slight inconvenient location of the property. Few options for street food that can be found at 7/11 parking lot which is a minute away from the property. If you like walking then you’ll enjoy the good 10-12 minutes walk to the closest BTS station.

Really lovely, big rooms. (Superior double) Staff were friendly and helpful, tv is absolutely huge and has Netflix already signed in. The only downside is the location, it's hidden down a cluster of small alleys and you'll probably have to get a grab/taxi.

Stayed here for a week in my first stay in Thailand and the service, room and staff were all exceptional, room was very clean and for the price very very reasonable. Will definitely stay again on my next trip. Forgot to mention is a great location is 5 minute walk from BTS and Siam Thong Lor.

The room is tidy, has a terrace, and can watch YouTube on the TV.The front desk is available 24 hours a day, but if you ask the front desk, it is not enough to carry a hairdryer or hangers in the room.

Located in a nice quiet road close to food stalls and convenience stores. Room was basic but done what was needed. Swimming pool was closed.

Conclusion: I'll NOT book this hotel again. After reviewing many good reviews, I booked 2 superior rooms for three nights. First of all, the sizes of the rooms are obviously different. But the staff claimed they're the same type. That's fine. On the second night, I found the water boiler was DISGUSTING. It hasn't been cleaned for ages, and a bunch of dust floated on the water??? I've never seen a water boiler could be that gross in my entire life. I planned to complain about it at the counter the next day but the air con started leaking water which wetted the pillows and sheets. The staff was nice, she changed a room for me right away. Sadly, the sink in the new room was clogged. The room was cleaned earlier, how come no one noticed that??? It's impossible. The cleanness is a DISASTER which makes me ignore other flaws. I've been to Bangkok several times and it's the first time I need to write a long review. You'll definitely have better choices to stay.

Far From airport & if you want to catch BTS, you have to walk about 10/15mins. 2mins walks to 711. But otherwise It's a good hotel & clean. The area out of the hotel is very Secure & clean. The receptionist sister was too good. & she helped us a lot. She is such a sweetheart. I'll recommend this hotel for such hospitality ❤️❤️❤️

Nice little hotel tucked away off Sukhumvit 36 about half a KM from the main road. The room was well furnished with a new 60 inch start tv and a comfy bed with a nice down duvet. The girl at the desk was friendly and accommodating. Eat floor only had 5 or 6 rooms which was nice. All in all if you don't mind the walk this place was well worth the price at less than 1,000 Baht a night in the heart of Bangkok.
